- Confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation with your membership details and your Terms. It comes by email straight after checkout, with your receipt and your Ridgewatch Members community link.
- Your first visit. We’ll contact you to book your first visit for after your 14-day cooling-off period. If you’d like it sooner, you can ask for an earlier visit. At this visit we check your roof meets our minimum standard.

Your Ridgewatch Members community
Your welcome email (sent with your receipt) has your link to the Ridgewatch Members community. Sign in, then open the pinned Book a visit or urgent repair post. Choose the Book a visit diary (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm) or the Urgent repair diary (every day, 8am to 6pm). You can add the community to your phone’s home screen, so it works like an app. If anyone is in danger, call 999.
